How we work out your price
We do not publish a price list, because no two roofs and no two doors are alike: height, access and condition change everything. What you get instead is a written quote within 24h, free and with no obligation, and the amount is agreed before any work starts.
If a contractor will not give you a ballpark on the phone, be careful. We give you one every time, before anybody travels.

What changes the price
- The time of the call: nights, Sundays and public holidays may cost more
- The type of door and lock
- The condition of the door
- The lock or cylinder model chosen
- The distance from Charleroi, particularly for the province of Luxembourg
An extra charge may apply at night, on Sundays and on public holidays. It is always given to you before we travel.
Gutter cleaning
What we quote for
- Terraced house
- Semi-detached or detached house
- Large roof or difficult access
- Small repair

- The length of gutter to clean
- The height of the house
- Access: whether there is a garden or a yard, or whether we must work from the street
- The general condition of the gutters
- The distance from Charleroi, particularly for the province of Luxembourg
Solar panel cleaning
What we quote for
- Up to 10 panels, accessible roof
- 10 to 20 panels
- 20 to 40 panels, or difficult access
- Commercial array, per panel
What changes the price
- Access: whether there is a garden or a yard, or whether we must work from the street
- The pitch and the height of the roof
- How dirty it is, especially if it has never been cleaned
- The number of panels or the total surface area
- The distance from Charleroi, particularly for the province of Luxembourg
