Is the quote genuinely free?
Yes, and with no obligation. We charge neither for the visit to prepare a quote nor for the quote itself. You are free to say no without having to explain yourself.
How quickly can you come out?
For a locksmith emergency, we come as quickly as we can and give you a realistic time on the phone. For panel or gutter cleaning, we agree a date that suits you.
Where do you work?
In four regions of Wallonia: Greater Charleroi, Namur, Liège and the province of Luxembourg. If you are just outside them, call anyway, we often travel a little further.
How often should solar panels be cleaned?
Once a year suits most situations. Move to twice a year if you are near cultivated fields, under trees, close to a busy road or next to an industrial area.
How does payment work?
Payment is made against the invoice, which you receive after every job, emergencies included.
Do you work for businesses too?
Yes. We also work for apartment blocks, managing agents, shops and companies.
What guarantees do you offer?
If you are not happy with the result, we come back at no charge. The guarantee terms are set out in the quote.
What products do you use?
Products and equipment suited to each job, so nothing at your home gets damaged.
What happens in bad weather?
We do not work at height in strong wind, frost or heavy rain, for safety reasons. If that happens we tell you the day before and move the date at no cost.
Do you have to climb onto my roof?
Not necessarily. It depends on the roof and the access: each time, we choose the safest way to work.
Do you work at night and at weekends?
For locksmith emergencies, yes, 24/7. An extra charge may apply at night, on Sundays and on public holidays, and it is given to you before we set off.

How long until you arrive?
As quickly as we can. We give you a realistic time on the phone before we set off.
My door slammed shut, does the lock have to be drilled?
Not necessarily. We always try first to open the door without damage.
Who pays if the door gets damaged?
We do everything we can to open without damaging anything. The terms for any damage are set out in the quote, before the job.
What does a door opening cost?
It depends on the type of door and lock. We give you the price on the phone, before we travel.
What should I do after a burglary?
Call the police and take photos for your insurer. Then call us: we secure your home as quickly as possible, then carry out the repair.
Gutter cleaning
When should gutters be cleaned?
Usually once a year, ideally in late autumn. More often if there are trees close to the house.
How exactly do you work?
We remove the leaves, moss and deposits, then check that the water drains properly. We use suitable equipment so the gutter is not damaged.
Do you check the downpipes as well?
Yes. We check the water drains properly and unblock the downpipes if needed.
Do you repair damaged gutters?
We can do small repairs. For bigger work, we point it out and advise you.

How often do panels need cleaning?
Once a year is enough for a normal domestic array. Twice a year if you are on the edge of fields, under trees, near an industrial area or a busy road.
How much output can be recovered?
It depends on the state of the panels and their surroundings. Dirty panels produce less, and cleaning helps them get back to a good output. We do not promise a figure before seeing the installation.
