We collect only what is needed to prepare a quote and get back to you.

• Your name, so we can address you properly.
• Your phone number, so we can call you back and give you the quote.
• Your email address, if you choose to give it, so we can send the quote in writing.
• Your region and the service you need, so we can plan the visit.
• Your description of the job and any photos you attach.

We collect no sensitive data within the meaning of the GDPR. The form asks for no date of birth, no national number and no banking details.

Your data is used solely to handle your quote request and to carry out the work if you accept. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, followed by pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract.

Requests that do not lead to work are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Data relating to invoiced work is kept for 7 years, as required by Belgian accounting law.

Your data is never sold, rented or passed on for advertising. It is handled by Services Habitat and by our email delivery provider, which acts on our instructions and stores data in the European Union.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. Audience measurement, when enabled, works without cookies and without collecting an identifiable IP address. No advertising profile is built.

You have the following rights at any time, free of charge and without having to justify yourself.

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Ask for your data to be erased, unless an accounting obligation still applies.
• Object to processing or ask for it to be restricted.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@serviceshabitat.be. We reply within one month at the latest.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
