Terms and conditions

All work is preceded by a written quote, free of charge and with no obligation. A quote is valid for 30 days. The price ranges published on this site are indicative and are not a contractual offer.

Prices include VAT for private customers. No surcharge is invoiced without your prior agreement. For locksmith work, a surcharge applies at night, on Sundays and on public holidays; it is stated by phone before we travel.

Dates are agreed with you. We reserve the right to postpone work at height in strong wind, frost or heavy rain, for safety reasons. A postponement for weather reasons costs you nothing.

You undertake to provide safe access to the site and to flag any fragile or dangerous element you know about, for example a broken tile, a fibre cement sheet or exposed electrical wiring.

If the result does not match what was agreed, we come back at no charge. The guarantee terms for each job are set out in the quote. The guarantee does not cover normal wear or damage caused by a third party.

Payment on completion or on receipt of the invoice, as agreed. In the event of late payment, a reminder is sent before any surcharge, in line with Belgian legislation on consumer debt.

For a contract concluded at a distance or away from business premises, you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. If you expressly request urgent work before that period ends, you remain liable for the work already carried out.

Our liability does not extend to defects that existed before our visit and were pointed out to you. The terms for any damage caused by us are set out in writing in the accepted quote.
